"What have I been up to since you last heard? Traveling the world. My jumping off point is my adopted new home in beautiful San Francisco. The food is really amazing and there is no better place on the
planet to get great wine.

I've also been doing special wine dinners at many of the major wineries throughout Northern California.

I'm often asked...When are you opening a restaurant? Well, I have --sort of. My private dining work lets people all over the country (and world) have a Casey Thompson prepared meal in their favorite locale. Its letting me see and taste some unique new flavors and has me collecting a bunch of new recipies I hope
to have in a new cookbook very soon. Our new online store is open with all kinds of "Chef Casey" items.
