An Update on What’s New!
Hello to everyone! I hope this letter finds you all well!!!
So many things are going on this summer. In Texas, Brownstone is doing great things. We are changing the menu soon. We are adding more organic and local ingredients! Thank you for a wonderful first year. We are heading into restaurant week in 2 weeks. I will be back in the restaurant in two weeks to get us ready.
I had a lovely time cooking at Austin Spa Resort. Thank you to the team there! You must go see the place- it is on Austin Lake.
The Napa restaurant is becoming more of a reality. I can not wait to see that vision come to life. It is exciting and I can’t stop thinking about it. I will be cooking for Anderson Conn Valley in the next week and am working up a fantastic menu! I love their wines and suggest you try some if you get the chance. Next will be for St. Helena Winery. It should be an intimate and beautiful dinner in their main house.
I recently dined at Mission Chinese in San Francisco. LOVELY food! Don’t order too much if you go though. The portions are big and FULL of flavor. I will be having dinner at Cavallo Point here in the next few days. It is under the Golden Gate and is a gem of a place to stay. I will let you know about the food and hopefully send pictures.
